Hi everyone, My name is John; I am from Dublin in Ireland. I am a native English speaker. I have been living and working in Sao Paulo for 2 years. I love the buzz and excitement of the city and the friendliness of its people. During my academic life I studied at D.I.T Mountjoy Square in Dublin and completed an honours Degree in Retail and Distribution Management. I proceeded to work in fast, upscale environments within leading retail companies both in Ireland and England. I then decided to follow my dreams of opening my own business and returned to studying. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science at University College Dublin and opened my own business. As it turned out I had some international workers on my team and to better communicate with them. I made the decision to attend the local University where international students came to study English and I volunteered on their study programs to both help the students and to learn how to better understand and communicate with my team. I completed my ESL course at The TEFL Academy, Dublin in . I am very passionate about teaching and love the idea of meeting new and dynamic people every day. As a teacher in Sao Paulo I have taught all levels and all ages with different learning styles and abilities so I am adaptable to your chosen needs. I have a warm open personality and a very keen ear for listening to what my students want. I teach both regular conversational English and all levels in business English. During my free time I like to work out at the gym, cycle and run. I am a quiet active person but can also find time to enjoy a good book or movie.
