If youre considering this kind of product, obviously you need to measure your desk out first because this can actually be too large for many desks. Secondly, be aware that this is a cloth texture mouse pad, not covered with hard plastic or the like (completely changes mouse movement). Personally, with my Logitech G402 I like this pads amount of friction as it allows smooth gliding with very good precision. The material is also very durable- in the month Ive had it, there hasnt been any notable stains, as other similar mousepads Ive used in the past tend to have dust particle smashed into the surface giving it a chalky appearance. And finally, given the choice between the MM200 and the MM300, I would still prefer this product. The MM300 offers a anti-fray stitched edge which I actually find distracting, but if youre the type who fiddles with the mouse pad or otherwise comes in contact with the edges (unlikely, considering how big it is), the MM300 might work out better for you. The long length lets you just put your keyboard or laptop or whatever on it and not worry about edges of the pad (we bought the large ones). I was getting in my car, so the drop was less than two feet. The iPhone screen completely shattered. Needless to say, I didnt expect this since I really take protective care of my phones, iPads, etc. Not a happy moment to know that all I had invested hadnt protected the phone. I then looked extensively for a new case. I wanted to know if I dropped it, the chance of a shattered screen was reduced, that it didnt require taking the case off to charge and that the case wasnt slippery when handling. I also wanted it to look both professional and elegant. I especially like the metal color of my phone and wanted to enjoy it. After watching YouTube demonstrations, reading online bloggers and Amazon customer reviews and handling a dozen or more cases in various stores, I chose the X-Doria. Ive had the case for about a week and could not be happier with it. Its just beautiful and showcases the phone. Ive not had any of the problems others have reported, like charging port being too small. My Apple cords as well as my Anker cords and other sundry cords all work. It also has a strip on each side of the back panel that makes holding it more secure. I have recommended this product to several of my friends who are disgruntled with their cases. I bought more than one to be able to change it up when I get bored of the other. (Otter box was the other) But the X-Doria will be going back. When the case is on the volume and lock buttons are way to hard to use. You have to push hard for the buttons to actually respond. Also, the one I received may have just been poorly made, but the volume button is coming off, it appears a sticker is used to keep it on the aluminum part. I can use my headphones without having to use a connector cable or taking the case off. Its easy to put on and holds up to drops just like it says it does (Ive already dropped my phone twice). The buttons are easy to use and I like that its not bulky but still protects my phone. The only downside is that I know I cant drop this in water and be sure that my phone will survive; I think thats a reasonable tradeoff though. Definitely satisfied with this purchase. One...the case was difficult to get on my phone and off, and it barely fit my charger that came with my iPhone 6. I have extra chargers just in case I lose that one, and one in my car....and none of them would fit through the charging hole. Was not pleased with that because it is a pain to get the case on and off, and was not going to do that every time I charged my phone. For those reasons I am returning it. Having two teenagers, I immediately asked him what case he had! This is how I bought two X-Doria Defense cases: the rose gold(exact same color as my phone) and the iridescent (matches perfectly the rose gold Iphone too!). It is very easy to put on and fits perfectly. I was a bit worried as some reviews said that some buttons were hard to reach once the case was on. So far, I have had no problems although I set my phone on silent every night. I really recommend this case, it is nice and sturdy and less expensive than others. It is as good as the Lifeproof used by my other daughter. I came from the Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry red MX switches. Let me start with the build and quality, it is amazing. Solid feel and the lighting behind the white key caps are very bright and eye catching. It definitely looks like a premium keyboard. With all of that being said I dislike it for the one thing it’s meant for typing. I’ve never had so many typos and windows key press errors. While playing PUBG, Fornite and Counter Strike I hit the windows key more times I could count. If you’re a gamer you know that causes you to jump out of the game. I do feel like the keys are higher than what I am use to. The switches have a longer travel time to actuate. In my honest opinion going from the Corsair to Cherry Reds to this was a huge mistake for me. The trade off is the beauty over functionality. I’m choosing to go back and go with the Corsair K95 Plantium. It’s a true and trusted for me. This was purely from my experience and that is the only reason I deducted one star. I also would like to mention I have smaller hands and could be the cause of it. All of my Corsair keyboards came with wrist rest and this keyboard did not come with one. The first is that the default, and unchangeable, lighting mode is "breathing", which cycles the lighting on and off at an interval. This is fine if you have the Razer software installed as you can change it, but if you do not, there is no way to change it to a constant backlight. That was the minor annoyance. The main problem is longevity, which in my case was just over one year. The E key on my board does not respond half the time, and as the warranty is only a year, there is no way to fix it, so Im left with a $99 hunk of metal. Save your money and look for another keyboard which uses Cherry MX switches. This my first Razer keyboard (first Razer anything really) and I fell in love with the feel and response time, the slickness & the clickyness of this keyboard. the lighting is actually pretty bright even though the lighting falls on a dark background. the only thing that would have made this keyboard ultimate is if they put a couple of USB ports on it, made the cord detachable and maybe made it spill proof and the underside metal and not plastic. My only nitpick about this keyboard really is that they didnt make all the symbols on the keyboard able to be illuminated (ex. ~!@#$%^ etc.) Overall this is a pretty solid keyboard and every bit worth the money. Updating my review because after heavy gaming for only two years, the qwer keys start to quit and the spacebar has sunk in so far on one side that it will only respond on the other side. Have to keep resetting the space key. My logitech keyboard, however has lasted for 5 years under heavy gaming pressure and still works completely. Switching back. If youre considering this kind of product, obviously you need to measure your desk out first because this can actually be too large for many desks. Secondly, be aware that this is a cloth texture mouse pad, not covered with hard plastic or the like (completely changes mouse movement). Personally, with my Logitech G402 I like this pads amount of friction as it allows smooth gliding with very good precision. The material is also very durable- in the month Ive had it, there hasnt been any notable stains, as other similar mousepads Ive used in the past tend to have dust particle smashed into the surface giving it a chalky appearance. And finally, given the choice between the MM200 and the MM300, I would still prefer this product. The MM300 offers a anti-fray stitched edge which I actually find distracting, but if youre the type who fiddles with the mouse pad or otherwise comes in contact with the edges (unlikely, considering how big it is), the MM300 might work out better for you. If youre considering this kind of product, obviously you need to measure your desk out first because this can actually be too large for many desks. Secondly, be aware that this is a cloth texture mouse pad, not covered with hard plastic or the like (completely changes mouse movement). Personally, with my Logitech G402 I like this pads amount of friction as it allows smooth gliding with very good precision. The material is also very durable- in the month Ive had it, there hasnt been any notable stains, as other similar mousepads Ive used in the past tend to have dust particle smashed into the surface giving it a chalky appearance. And finally, given the choice between the MM200 and the MM300, I would still prefer this product. The MM300 offers a anti-fray stitched edge which I actually find distracting, but if youre the type who fiddles with the mouse pad or otherwise comes in contact with the edges (unlikely, considering how big it is), the MM300 might work out better for you. However, the supplied Acronis cloning software - while appreciated, did not work properly when cloning my Samsung 850EVO 120GB SSD onto this M.2. My Windows 10 OS drive (previously mentioned) while cloned successfully, the lock screen kept flickering and did not respond to any commands. So I attempted to clone using EaseUS, which resulted in a BSOD when booting for the first time. Was finally able to successfully clone my drive using Paragon Migrate OS to SSD 4.0. A piece of software that I have had a license for over 3 years - it has never failed me. It is also wise to update your BIOS firmware before installing this hardware as ones motherboard may not recognize this as a drive until the PCIE to M.2 is recognized with newer firmware. This was my case on the ASROCK Z97 Pro4 M. I got this thing for a steal, but Im a bit lukewarm on the MSRP, think thats a bit too much for what it is. As far as performance goes this is incredibly anecdotal but from the end of POST and all the BIOS stuff to a completely ready-to-go desktop takes about 2 seconds for Kubuntu 16.04 and 5 seconds for Windows 10, much much faster than my WD Black HDD. I went straight from an HDD to this SSD and the difference is incredible, not sure how much of an improvement it would be over a SATA SSD. The marked read/write speeds are much faster than any Ive seen on a SATA SSD but again, no personal experience, your mileage may very. All around great piece of kit for the money I paid. It took a bit of patience to get my motherboard to detect this unit and a whole lot more to install Windows 7 on it. With the latest FW update, the major issue was ironed out but the LED is now constantly on. And while I still have not installed Windows 10, I think I have accepted the shortcomings but its still bugging me. The main advantage of this unit is that the speeds are well above my Samsung Pro SSDs at 1000MB/s read and 700MB/s writes. And no more cabling.. However that was not why I purchased the unit, it was because I needed a drive and this was purchased at Amazon at a very competitive price. The LE of Guilty Gear Xrd comes with: Special Art slip cover (same as pictured,) custom case in the shape of "The Backyard" book from the game, artbook called the codex which is slightly larger than a PS3 game case, a vocal OST of 10 songs, the game, and a key chain in the shape of main character Sols belt buckle that says "FREE." The artbook called codex also has detailed entries for every relevant character in the Guilty Gear franchise as well as some extra artwork and fun facts. Give lots of background on the franchise outside the game and has quality art inside as well. The box it comes in is shaped like a hollowed out book and looks great on display, same with the slip cover on or off. The game itself is great. Several offline modes such as combo and game mechanic challenges. A character upgrade mode called M.O.M. (also can be played online), and a host of online options mainly player and ranked matches but with a host of lobbies and features. A gallery where you can unlock the character Sin for free, as well as music from past games that can be selected in matches, artwork, and various things to customize your online profile. Story mode is basically a long series of cutscenes and dialogue but is animated and presented extremely well and can be paused/saved at any point. Length is about the size of the average anime season. Arcade acts as an opening for each characters motivations for story mode. Largest positive, cross play with PS4 and PS3! Played about 3 hours straight with a friend in Montreal Canada, while I live in Georgia USA and had 3F lag as indicated by the game. Btw the game shows your moment to moment lag! when online. This is all crossed play while he was on PS4 and Im on 3. Only down side is the graphical jealousy you will have when you see the PS4 version. It is simply a cleaner presentation than the PS3 obviously and no effect on the actual game. The cutaways for supers and quality of character models in opening/ending/story modes are more closely represented to the PS4 models, than the ingame PS3 models which are still amazing, but its a noticeable difference. That said the game runs the same on both a smooth 60fps with no slowdowns. Lots of content to playthrough if you like the actual fighting portion of fighting games! I came from the Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry red MX switches. Let me start with the build and quality, it is amazing. Solid feel and the lighting behind the white key caps are very bright and eye catching. It definitely looks like a premium keyboard. With all of that being said I dislike it for the one thing it’s meant for typing. I’ve never had so many typos and windows key press errors. While playing PUBG, Fornite and Counter Strike I hit the windows key more times I could count. If you’re a gamer you know that causes you to jump out of the game. I do feel like the keys are higher than what I am use to. The switches have a longer travel time to actuate. In my honest opinion going from the Corsair to Cherry Reds to this was a huge mistake for me. The trade off is the beauty over functionality. I’m choosing to go back and go with the Corsair K95 Plantium. It’s a true and trusted for me. This was purely from my experience and that is the only reason I deducted one star. I also would like to mention I have smaller hands and could be the cause of it. All of my Corsair keyboards came with wrist rest and this keyboard did not come with one. The first is that the default, and unchangeable, lighting mode is "breathing", which cycles the lighting on and off at an interval. This is fine if you have the Razer software installed as you can change it, but if you do not, there is no way to change it to a constant backlight. That was the minor annoyance. The main problem is longevity, which in my case was just over one year. The E key on my board does not respond half the time, and as the warranty is only a year, there is no way to fix it, so Im left with a $99 hunk of metal. Save your money and look for another keyboard which uses Cherry MX switches. This my first Razer keyboard (first Razer anything really) and I fell in love with the feel and response time, the slickness & the clickyness of this keyboard. the lighting is actually pretty bright even though the lighting falls on a dark background. the only thing that would have made this keyboard ultimate is if they put a couple of USB ports on it, made the cord detachable and maybe made it spill proof and the underside metal and not plastic. My only nitpick about this keyboard really is that they didnt make all the symbols on the keyboard able to be illuminated (ex. ~!@#$%^ etc.) Overall this is a pretty solid keyboard and every bit worth the money. Updating my review because after heavy gaming for only two years, the qwer keys start to quit and the spacebar has sunk in so far on one side that it will only respond on the other side. Have to keep resetting the space key. My logitech keyboard, however has lasted for 5 years under heavy gaming pressure and still works completely. Switching back. I came from the Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry red MX switches. Let me start with the build and quality, it is amazing. Solid feel and the lighting behind the white key caps are very bright and eye catching. It definitely looks like a premium keyboard. With all of that being said I dislike it for the one thing it’s meant for typing. I’ve never had so many typos and windows key press errors. While playing PUBG, Fornite and Counter Strike I hit the windows key more times I could count. If you’re a gamer you know that causes you to jump out of the game. I do feel like the keys are higher than what I am use to. The switches have a longer travel time to actuate. In my honest opinion going from the Corsair to Cherry Reds to this was a huge mistake for me. The trade off is the beauty over functionality. I’m choosing to go back and go with the Corsair K95 Plantium. It’s a true and trusted for me. This was purely from my experience and that is the only reason I deducted one star. I also would like to mention I have smaller hands and could be the cause of it. All of my Corsair keyboards came with wrist rest and this keyboard did not come with one. The first is that the default, and unchangeable, lighting mode is "breathing", which cycles the lighting on and off at an interval. This is fine if you have the Razer software installed as you can change it, but if you do not, there is no way to change it to a constant backlight. That was the minor annoyance. The main problem is longevity, which in my case was just over one year. The E key on my board does not respond half the time, and as the warranty is only a year, there is no way to fix it, so Im left with a $99 hunk of metal. Save your money and look for another keyboard which uses Cherry MX switches. This my first Razer keyboard (first Razer anything really) and I fell in love with the feel and response time, the slickness & the clickyness of this keyboard. the lighting is actually pretty bright even though the lighting falls on a dark background. the only thing that would have made this keyboard ultimate is if they put a couple of USB ports on it, made the cord detachable and maybe made it spill proof and the underside metal and not plastic. My only nitpick about this keyboard really is that they didnt make all the symbols on the keyboard able to be illuminated (ex. ~!@#$%^ etc.) Overall this is a pretty solid keyboard and every bit worth the money. Have to keep resetting the space key. My logitech keyboard, however has lasted for 5 years under heavy gaming pressure and still works completely. Switching back. Unfortunately we probably got a unit from the first production run, so there are many issues that still need to be sorted out before you should buy this. So far I havent been able to print anything other than a 1" tall sample part. Here are some of the problems: 1) Filament sometimes gets stuck during removal. Makerbot suggests using pliers to pull out filament, but doing this yanks the Smart Extruder off the cart, which is apparently bad for it. Had to disassemble my Smart Extruder to remove the filament plug that had formed inside. 2) Calibration seems broken. The nozzle scrapes along the build plate even after multiple rounds of leveling and calibration. 3) Filament jams repeatedly. Was unable to actually print after the initial test part. Likely due to the calibration issue described above. Fails about 15-20 seconds into print. Resuming or restarting the print does not help. 4) Slow firmware. Takes a very long time to boot up, to upgrade firmware (15 minutes), to calibrate, to start printing, etc. If youve used any other Makerbot product youll be pretty disappointed by this. 5) Poorly designed filament guide. The Z18 uses a long flexible plastic straw as a guide, and it kind of floats near the print head. It occasionally gets caught or kinked against the lid, which yanks the Smart Extruder off the cart. Unlike the Replicator 2, for example, the straw does not fit into the print head. It just dangles. Observations based on firmware 1.2.0.112. Update: Makerbot sent out a new Smart Extruder via overnight mail. Now it will start extruding without immediately jamming, but I still cant print. Nothing seems to stick to the base plate, so when I come back after 30 minutes to check on things, theres usually a huge glob of molten filament around the extruder tip and a birds nest of extruded filament scattered around the build plate. They finally released a better smart extruder, which you have to pay for. The amount of time spent on getting a good print is far too high - I could send out files to print for cheaper. PREVIOUS: For the cost, this printer should be far beyond its experimental phase and should be a consumer-ready device -- not something one has to spend hours toying with in order to get it working. The 1st printer we received had multiple issues and errors -- A) The printer could not detect that the door was closed. B) The ribbon cables inside the machine were not fully seated. C) The "smart" extruder was not being detected. D) Once printing, prints could not stick to the print bed without using a raft (Im still testing options to correct this). E) The updated firmware does not work (causing a "carriage disconnected" issue, and then an error in which the printer couldnt detect the smart extruder) User support (I have a MakerCare Plan) has to be the worst support I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was on the phone that first evening for over an hour just waiting for a human to answer. I had submitted a case ticket as well, with no reply. I finally reached a human the next morning and he was completely clueless and unhelpful -- all he could do was request the printers diagnostic logs so an expert could review them and get back to me (I emailed the logs to him, with no reply of receipt, and no answer to correct the printers issues -- it has been 2 weeks!!!). I found a user group on Google for Makerbot Owners and found more support and answers there than Makerbots User Support or website. I reseated the interior cables, factory reset the printer, and rolled back firmware (seemed to solve most of the issues with the smart extruder and carriage being detected). I then printed a couple test models that come on the printers storage and a model of my own. There were a few hiccups, but the prints turned out fairly well (hence the rating above 1*). I havent solved the issue of successfully printing without a raft yet, but the model I created and printed turned out quite well (except it could have used some supports, which I didnt check ON). Other CONs: The spool should have a simple hinged piece to keep pressure on the filament, so it cannot unravel (seems like it would be simple to implement). The electronic noises the printer makes are annoying (not the mechanical noises). The bright lights inside the printer dont turn off (Im not sure if they can be turned off) The web cam is not very useful Final Comments: We sent the printer back and got a new one -- got error code 13 and 1500 on the new printer. I reseated the cables, which fixed both errors. I am printing now, and it seems to be working fine now. Hopefully I can work with the printer to get the best results, but this printer is definitely not ready for regular consumers. This is one of my very favorite games of the past console generation, and my favorite franchise, as well. And on that subject, I would say that "A Crack in Time" is the best Ratchet and Clank adventure to date, though Im sure Insomniac is cooking up something extra special for the forthcoming "Into the Nexus", as well as whatever Lombax madness might be arriving on the highly vaunted PS4. If you are a Ratchet fan, you need this game in your collection. If youre a fan of platformers, you absolutely NEED to give this game a try. Ive never played a better platformer in my life, though Rayman Origins comes darned close (although the two are so different, its hard to make an adequate comparison - lets just agree that theyre both awesome). Whats particularly noteworthy about "A Crack in Time" is just how much there is to do in this crazy universe. The story-driven campaign is quite lengthy on its own, but I love revisiting the sectors that Ive already passed through. There, I can search moons and planets for additional challenges and collectibles, including gold bolts, zoni, and schematics for the ultimate weapon, the RYNO V. Additionally, I can answer distress calls from other star travelers and assist them, upgrade my spaceship, do battle with other ships, collect weapons and gadgets, focus on leveling up Ratchet AND all his crazy weapons, visit the coliseum for arena battles, and so forth. And as if all that wasnt enough, theres STILL the challenge mode (New Game+), trophies, AND a whole bunch of skill points to acquire. This is platforming perfection, and Ratchet and Clank gold. One of my favorite games of all time, I give it my highest possible recommendation. Its impossible to play this game and not have FUN, and just as impossible to not SMILE! Enjoy, space cadets! The game is nicely split between the adventures of Ratchet on one hand, and the adventures of Clank on the other (Clanks portion of the game is actually the most entertaining and amusing). Other than the great graphics, challenging gameplay, fun story and ribald humor that weve come to expect from this series, there are a lot of interesting aspects to this installment that make it a standout: hoverboots were a fantastic idea, they are tremendous fun to use; General Azimuth, one of the last remaining Lombaxes, is a fun companion; the voice acting in this game is some of the best Ive heard in a video game -- the best since Red Dead Redemption, which is arguably the best of all time; and the soundtrack in this one is really fantastic, puts you in the mood for a rousing space epic. I could only come up with two minor problems that keep this from being a five star classic: firstly the choice of weapons is surprisingly mediocre, certainly nowhere near as good as Tools of Destruction; and the lack of a female presence in the game is kind of a letdown -- if you are going to have a rousing space epic of game, it would be nice (from a male players POV) to have a good-looking, clever female sidekick with black belt in karate, a Princess Leia to your Han Solo. But these were only two minor flaws. Crack in Time is at least as good as the superb Tools of Destruction, and a worthy installment in the series. Previous knowledge isnt required, but there are occasional nods through the story. Those familiar with the series should know what to expect, and the game delivers: Outrageous weapons, bizarre alien worlds, silly fun with sci-fi tropes; its all there. The biggest change this time around is that the two title characters are separated for most of the game, due to events that took place at the end of the previous title. Ratchets gameplay remains the same, though his jumping skills are limited. Clanks, however, is completely new in that it deals with a lot of puzzle elements involving the use of "time clones" to coordinate series of platforming challenges. They can be surprisingly tricky, especially for those just here for the run-and-gun gameplay, but luckily these can be skipped if the game notices youre talking a long time to complete them. You lose out on some bonuses, but its nothing that will detract from the core experience. My only real complaint here is the new gimmick of Ratchets hover-boots. You get these several levels in, and they can be tricky to control, often leading to multiple deaths within certain portions of the level. Your experience may vary, but I wasnt a fan. All in all, though, if youre a fan of this series and havent gotten around to picking this up, its definitely worth your time. The magnet strip where the cover and case meet isnt secured very well, and the cover metal pulled the magnet straight out of the case after about 4 months of normal use. The plastic holding the magnet then quickly snapped off where the magnet used to be, leaving me the choice between supergluing all of it back together, or finding a different case; I chose the latter (Inateck). Lastly, when it was intact, the cover did not do an adequate job of securing the "closed" position via the magnet. After closing my Paperwhite and going to sleep thinking it was securely off, I would sometimes wake to the Kindle believing that I had been "reading" the same page all night because it hadnt closed properly. This not only wastes the life of my backlight, but also throws my pages remaining count all out of whack and required manual fixing a few times. The new one has held up well and I have changed my rating to 5* based on this but also based on the great customer service provided by the seller. They took what could have been a bad review and converted it to a good one based on their willingness to be receptive and helpful! Ive had the case for 2-3 months now and the case looks pretty good still. It has a few faint stains, but since the case is a light color, that is kind of expected. The reason I gave the case only 3 stars, though, is because after a couple weeks, the magnets in the inside of the case started coming out when I opened the top. My husband ended up super gluing both of the magnets into their spots. The plastic on the outside, next to the magnets is weak so that ended up breaking while we were trying to fix the magnets, but we just glued that as well. So overall I give it three stars. The color and case is nice, but I would expect the magnets to stay put. At least until the case is a little bit older. Updated on 12/28: After publishing this review, the seller contacted me and offered to send a new case at no cost to me. It arrived quickly and looks like the magnets fit better than my old one. After I had it for only 3 days, the color started coming off and was getting black around the edges. I could not believe this! I promptly called Amazon and told them what happened. My money was cheerfully refunded. It really is a shame this happened since the case was a perfect fit for my reader. I dont know if this was a quality control problem or what but I was extremely disappointed. I ended up ordering another more expensive case from another vendor on Amazon. If you fold the cover up as a stand its not an issue, but if you just want to read and fold the cover back to hold behind the device, it just feels unnatural to me so I take the whole case off more than I keep it on the Kindle.
