The Ibanez RG08LTD is an RG series guitar model introduced in . It was part of the Spring Special Limited Edition line, with a 'Sakura Blast' theme. Special features are special finish with red body binding and the carved clear pickguard which is purely cosmetic since the pickups are direct mount and the controls back-routed. Other features include a basswood body, Wizard II neck, Ibanez V7 and V8 pickups and the Edge III tremolo. Another Spring Special model was the RGR08LTD, also with a Japan-related theme.
