The controls work well and pretty easy as you can order two other A.I. characters in your group to do certain task but you also have to take care of them as the team leader as unlike certain other games with this game your partners can be killed off anytime. So for fans of sci-fi alien invasion games or TPS this is one to take a look at though regardless of the naysayers in the end its the gamers choice. It tosses slight references and names of aliens/weapons around relating to the original XCom, but thats about it. There is no continuity what so ever from this and the more updated geo remake of xcom. I think they continued to push this game out to recover some profit of the time spent on it. Is it a completely horrible game? No. absolutely not. I rather enjoyed it. It does get a little repetative, and there are points where a real XCom nerd like me sees the full potential of how this game COULD have gone. Step back and enjoy it for what it is. a 3rd Person shooter, alien invasion, 1950s. There are cliches abound in the story, and nothing to really pull you in other than the time frame and relation to xcom. If youre on the fence pick it up at a price drop. The screen protector is not too thick either. I now prefer tempered glass over the older style plastic screen protectors just because its like having a second glass screen for my phone with the added protection. It has a hard rubberized plastic around corners allowing for a decent grip and making it somewhat easy to put the phone in and slip out without causing damage. It also has a hard plastic back with rubberized corners just slightly raised so you can set it down without worrying about the camera. The Note 4 fits perfectly snug inside and the power/volume buttons have no gap so feel nice and flush. I personally like the flaps to cover the usb/headphone port, they go in nice and snug and seem durable. There is easily enough open room to grab the s pen and also use the heart rate monitor on back. Overall it is a very nice case for the price. The only "con" is at least on mine, the bottom isnt perfectly flush just under the home button. But this has a slight advantage as it gives juuuust enough room to easily swipe your thumb at an angle over the fingerprint scanner. The unfortunate thing I find is that with time all clear cases start to become kind of dirty looking. This one became sort of grayish, which is not an entirely bad thing, considering I used it for 2 years. Also, I like the option to print a background that you can cut out using the stencil to place in the case. Its a cool idea that I did not take advantage of because Im lazy. I wanted a clear cover so I can enjoy the look of my phone. The clear Ringke cover is excellent,its been on my phone since dat one of arriving. Cover is clear no milky discoloration. Love the little flap covers for charging port and headphone jack to keep the dust out, They are still intact, especially the charging port which gets used everyday. Love the feel in my hand its not slippery. It comes with sticker stencile for back which can be used by creative types. I myself like it clear. Ive had many smartphones and have gone through many cases, and I can honestly say that this is my favorite. I got the clear version for the Note 4. Its the perfect blend between a rubber/TPU case and a hard plastic case. The sides feel soft like rubber, and the back feels like soft plexiglass. Its nice to be able to see the entire phone through this crystal clear case. The rubber on the sides covering the volume and power buttons is firm, but very easy to press, and you can feel the clicks of the buttons. All the cut-outs for the ports are perfectly aligned. The edge at the bottom of the case below the home button does dip down slightly, but I dont mind. The back of the case is pretty much flush with the camera lens, but there are are tiny feet on the back of the case in the corners that lift the lens and back of the case off whatever surface you set it on. It does say "Ringke FUSION" on the bottom right edge, but on the clear version it is in slightly raised clear letters and looks very tactful. The included template for tracing your own insert to put between the phone and the case is an interesting concept. The bonus screen protector is good quality and covers the main part of the screen, but not the bezels on the side, which Ive heard are slightly curved on this phone and hard for screen protectors to stick to. This one seems to fit nicely and does not show any signs of halo effect (protector peeling away from the curved edges). I thought this might be a temporary case and screen protector until finding something more expensive, but now Im just going to keep this one permanently. Highly recommended! I originally bought this so that I could decorate it, and I think itll be perfect for that. I actually plan on buying a second one, just to have, because I like it that much. I have an otterbox also, but its just so big and bulky. This is slim and comfortable and just a really good case. I dropped my phone twice today (but only from about foot off the ground), onto concrete, and its still perfect. The only thing I dont like about the case is the port covers. Its not that theyre bad, but they could use to be a little tighter fit (specifically the charging cover). Its somewhat loose when pushed in. Nothing major though and I wouldnt even dock a star for it. The shield that the case comes with, is sub-par though. Its too narrow (doesnt really go to the edge of the visual screen, and is FAR from the edge of the phone). Also, mine doesnt have the loose defect near the port. Its all very flush and tight all around. On top of the fact that these licensed remotes actually work consistently and they dont ever break, Nintendo has made quite a few neat improvements since the original Wii remotes: -First off, Wii Motion Plus is built in, which is really nice. -Batteries last for hours upon hours upon hours (though Id still recommend buying rechargeable batteries.) -The grips now have these little grooves in them which makes them very comfortable to hold onto. -The button for syncing is now found on the outside of the remote, so you dont have to remove the backing to sync it with your Wii/Wii U -And the remotes come with those rubber grips, which personally, I find a hassle and would rather just not bother with, but other users might find them to be pretty neat. So if you need a remote or a few extra remotes, just splurge the extra dollars and go with something licensed, theres much more value in it. While I still have my Wii and WiiU I only had one Wii remote to pass among the two consoles and yes while the WiiU doesnt actually need the remote unless youre playing wii games on it or using a specific wiiu game that requires it it wasnt really needed for the WiiU. Except I decided I wanted to play some of my gamecube games and yes while I still have a functional gamecube console I felt it was better to just hookup the wii again to my t.v. and with that this extra remote has definitely helped me. The overall design is the same as it is with other wii plus remote but its the color and character deign scheme that definitely make it stand out from the one color remotes that came before it. While we may never get any new wii character remotes its nice to see that you can still get these at affordable prices. Some have said just get a third party developer remotes but after doing so just once for my PS3 controller and how badly that ended I refuse to get any third party controllers again and will just stick with the company ones and while they are somewhat pricier you at least know youre getting a good quality device. I should have bought the official Nintendo Wii Remote in the first place. The quality is top notch, and syncing it up with my Wii was a breeze. My wife and I love our Wii for the sports games, and having a second controller is a must. I highly recommend if you are replacing a controller or just picking up a second (or third, or fourth). The rubber grip is awkward and seems to interfere with the sensor, but its easily removed and not necessarily as the remote is pretty durable. It does have a few downsides but I think that for the price point it is an excellent value. Heres the reasons why: --> it has a decent set of drivers which give it great sound quality, making it great for music and game audio --> noise cancelling mic (cuts out all the white noise and garbage sound) --> its has integrated Dolby Pro Logic, which simulates 5.1 and 7.1 surround from a standard stereo (2 speaker) stream --> its comfy, with decent padding on the ear cups and head band you can wear it for hours --> the cup design helps to reduce outside noise (my GF has snuck up on me more than a couple of times while I wore these) --> it is very affordable as gaming headsets go (just over $40 after tax and shipping) However there are a few downsides: --> the adapter is USB and not the standard 3.5mm, which means you cannot use it on any consoles or (most) other devices; only computers. --> the ear cups tend to swivel around a lot (especially if you move your head a lot) --> the head band doesnt always stay put (again only if youre moving your head a lot) In general the features outweigh the downsides and for the price you cant beat it. Mic is clear and crisp and is definitely leagues better than any built in laptop mic and the price alone is worth it for that. The headphones themselves are great, and very loud. They do sometimes get uncomfortable if you wear them for too long, which is absolutely a problem if youre going to be playing games for extended durations, and if youre buying these youre probably in that crowd. They look and feel great, and I usually dont say that about gamer gear because the designs of these peripherals are usually very much not subtle at all, but even though the red definitely makes it clear this is branded towards gamers, its not the kind of ridiculous neon you might see on other headsets, which is a plus for me personally. Overall though the price alone makes this worthwhile, and my experience with them has been great, albeit they might be fatiguing to wear after a certain point. Por Manuel M. em 2 de novembro de 2017 - Publicada na Amazon.com Compra verificada Ok, so the main issue with this particular headset is its construction... the sound is good (not as good as i expected but that was my fault for letting the brand name influence my purchase) but the headset itself is poorly constructed... out from the box the 3.5 to 2.5 mm jack adapter was defective, you have to wiggle it so you can get audio on both sides, one week in using it started loosing sound on the right side and you had to wiggle it around so it would start working on both sides but soon after it would go mute on the right side again... when inspected, the volume control on the cable had the wires badly soldered so they where just coming loose, after fixxing it twice, i just cutted out the volume control and just entangled the wires together and, after that, while fixxing the heaset on my head one of the cups snapped... when i checked to see if i could glue it together, to my surprise, i found that all that held it together was a flimsy plastic stick... this headset is not worthy of the brand or the price, avoid. That is dissapointing because I was looking for an upgrade when my last headset (plantronics) did the same thing, after a year and a half. UPDATE: Yeah so I paid $15 in 5 day shipping it to corsair for a replacement. I was very satisfied with the customer service (all online so I didnt have to talk to anyone) and they got shipped it back to me in a day...but also using 5 day shipping. After 2 weeks I finally had gotten it back and they had ended up sending a new set. I was very happy cause I liked the sound and feel the only problem was the failure. It has since been a month and a half later and now it has broken again because of the wire. Last time it disconnected at the ear piece but this time it was at the volume control. Because it lasted the about the same amount of time and the same way I have concluded that the headset is not making sure the wires dont break away. Either way I am not paying the minimum of $15 for shipping it again, making the total payed for this headset $90. I gave this mouse to my husband, and he says he loves this mouse and its perfect for his large hands. (I have changed the rating from 4 to 5 stars because my husband loves it better than his old style Naga, but if you have small hands then I dont think this will be comfortable for you). I have switched to a Logitech G403 and find that its much better for smaller hands. I have been using a Razer Naga MMOG for years for games like WoW and FFXIV. Well, the left and right top buttons were no longer responsive, so I decided to get the Razer Naga Chroma MMO corded mouse as a replacement. The price is great on Amazon, and I love the cycling lights. I also like that the number pad keys stick out more than my previous Naga, making the keys easier to find by touch. The new Naga has a rougher texture than the old Naga. Im used to the smooth texture, so that will take some getting used to. Now, despite being larger than my old Naga, it is about 5 grams lighter. Not a game changer, but something to be aware of. The biggest issue for me is the large size of this mouse. I am female and my hands arent that big (6.5 inches from bottom of palm to top of middle finger, 3 inches across middle of palm). The mouse is wider and slightly taller than my old one. This makes it a little awkward and uncomfortable to grip. If your hand is larger than mine, then this will probably be great for you. I understand that Razers demographic will for the most part have larger hands than mine. Razer synapse took a disappointing turn.... The part of the mouse protruding out of the right side is what made it uncomfortable for me. The thumb grip position between all the buttons also forced me to hold the mouse in one set position rather than being free to adjust my grip. Just didnt work for me. Also, you have to have razer synapse open all the time in order to use your profiles or use custom dpi values... the moment you close synapse, the dpi values revert to the default pre-programmed ones. I also just re-bought a razer mamba, and while I was able to save profiles to the on-board memory just a few months ago via razer synapse, close it, and continue to use those profiles just fine without synapse open when i originally tried out the mamba, now I cannot do that either. i.e. the new razer synapse doesnt allow you to save profiles to the on-board memory of a mouse that previously, just a few months ago mind you, was able to actually use its on-board memory... I dont know why razer did that but it really sucks imo. I remember when synapse didnt even ask you to log in, it was just plug and play. You chose whether to save the profile on synapse or the mouses on-board memory. Now your telling me I cant even use the on-board memory of a mice??? Im really sick of this always online/interconnected baloney these days. Other than that, the mouse was almost perfect. I really liked the buttons around the thumb grip. And there is something about the 16000 dpi 5g laser sensor in older razer mice that just feels so darn good... even newer mice like the logitech g pro dont feel as good to me. Of course, this is just personal opinion. Also, the shape may be just what your looking for for all I know - again, I was just stating how I felt about it. It has many display settings (colors, color-cycling, etc.) and each button can be programmed to do whatever you want, so as a gamer, he is absolutely thrilled with it. He also loved the shape (very ergonomic) and that the texture has better grip, as opposed to his older version that was very smooth and not the easiest to hang on to when youre trying to move quickly. It also allows you to speed up or slow down the response time of the mouses movements on-screen, so he can customize it to exactly what he needs. Were both really happy with the purchase! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of options I have for programming this mouse. The grip itself is awesome! I love it so much! I really like that I have the option to dim the LEDs from 33% to 100%. At 100% brightness, the unit gets a bit warm, but I couldnt care less. Its just keeping the place warm for me until I come back -_o I now have my buttons set to change between Windows 10 virtual desktops by using a macro of "ctrl + win + left" & "ctrl + win + right". I also have the task manager on one, but I wasnt able to setup a macro to get through opening a program that needs UAC ok/cancel. I was a bit disappointed at that, but I will get over it. Ive owned every iteration of the Razer Naga and I cant imagine playing games without it. The 12 buttons on the side make it easy to switch weapons in FPS games and use entire action bar in MMOs just by using the thumb. I primarily use it for playing MMOs and having the entire damage rotation and targeting in one hand is very convenient. This iteration added ability to quickly step up or down DPI on the mouse making it more or less sensitive for when you need that extra precision. This is not as useful in MMO games but helps a great deal when playing a sniper in FPS games. Being able to create macros for the buttons makes it even more convenient if you need to do a sequence of events with a single button press. The mouse overall feels well built and fits my hand perfectly.
