Jen em 1 de dezembro de 2016 - Publicada na Amazon.com The first thing players will notice about Deponia is its stunningly-detailed art style. The second thing they will probably notice is the wacky environment and zany sense of humour. Deponia tells the story of Rufus, a young man who is desperate to leave his hometown and forge something better. He’s so desperate that he’ll emancipate himself with a makeshift rocket. This is quite understandable, since he literally lives in a junkyard. Although Rufus isnt the most lovable protagonist (he tends to be rather brusque and callous at times, and tends to take selfishness to almost unbelievable extremes), he does breathe a great deal of life into the adventure, making Deponia as riveting as a classic novel such as Little Women or Les Miserables. I know thats an exaggeration, but it really is hard to stop playing once you get into the swing of things. There are more twists and turns than a spaghetti dinner-for-eight, as he swiftly finds himself wrapped up in a conspiracy concerning a beautiful damsel in distress and a nation in turmoil. The cliches end here, though, and you’ll always find yourself eager to unravel more mysteries. The side characters include Rufus friend Wenzel, ex-girlfriend Toni (dont forget to exhaust her conversation options) and the traditional mad scientist. They breathe life into the game and make things both realistic and engaging. This will be considerably easier said than done, however. The puzzles do make logical sense (in hindsight), but a great deal of creative thinking and memorization is needed before you can, for instance, mix an energy drink to render the beautiful lady lucid and able to converse with you. Where did I leave the magic ginger and disgusting coffee? Fans of the two Discworld games for the PC and the ancient King’s Quest games will certainly feel nostalgic here. The solutions are often counter-intuitive, but there is a logic behind them. This is just the first game in the series of the deponia games. I bought this game previously from steam when it first came out years ago and I bought it again when it came out for the ps4. It is a point and click adventure game in the style of monkey island and others of lucasart titles. It has been updated a bit for ps4 controls and new built in faster travel speeds incorporated. You are the anti-hero, Rufus, whose main goal is to leave this planet and will do anything to achieve that. When he “rescues” a girl, he discovers there are bigger things going on. Will he make the right decision when it really counts? This is a point-and-click adventure game. Overall, I enjoyed the game. The plot itself was good but slow to develop. From what I understand, this is the first in a series of games. So, consider this the first episode. There are a few unresolved issues that will not be answered. The puzzles were a mixed bag. I figured most of them out on my own. For the few, I had to consult a walkthrough. It can be a bit frustrating when you are checking every nook and cranny or combining everything in your inventory so you can make some progress. And there were a lot of weird combinations. My main pet peeve was the controls. The tutorial was not really helpful and I spent the first 20 minutes, trying to remember what the tutorial said. Eventually, I got the hang of it but it took about 2 hours before I finally got a feel for it. You don’t know what a relief it was. Rufus moves slowly from one scene to another and having the option to teleport him from one room to another was like mana from heaven. Other than that, the game ran smoothly. There was no lag between screens. There were a few times where the subtitles don’t match what the characters were saying. There wasnt really bad language. More sarcasm than anything. The artwork/design is simple but gorgeous. I love the thick-line cartoon look. The voice acting is good and fit their characters. Normally, I would pass over these type of games (I play RPGs/Adventures/Simulation games) but I wanted to give it try. It took me about 20+ hours to finish the game and get 75% of the trophies. So, for the price, it was worth the entertainment. I might go back to get all the trophies but it doesn’t have much replay value otherwise. I would’ve preferred that the developer placed all the sequels on one disc, since I would love to see what happens next. However, this game is not for everyone. If you looking for fast pace with lots of action, this is not it. If you are looking for humor, decent plot and puzzle-solving, this is for you. In the end, I will be waiting for the sequel. I would love see what happens to Rufus. One major flaw that caused me to return the Spigen Neo Hybrid, the thin hard plastic parts where the button cut outs are on either side bows out and ends up getting caught on things. I am sure these gaps will fill in with debris and make things worse over time. This was the first day of use. No amount of reattaching and pressing it in place helps. I have had Spigen cases for many years now and will never buy anything but. When I recently purchase my Galaxy Note 8, I knew right away I needed a Spigen case. I hate adding a lot width on my phone seeing as phones are large enough, but I dont want to skip on protection. This case is exactly what I was looking for. Plus, I love how pretty it is. Sound quality is clear and there is a bit of bass with playback. Depending on the app you use for music playing these will auto connect and turn on with your music which is a plus for me. All apps do not support this feature. My only con is that the battery life is only three hours. No more, no less. I have owned these for over a year and they have not gotten a short in any of the buds. I use these everyday. THESE WILL NOT CONNECT WELL WITH IPHONES. The little door that protects the charge port did break off but it hasnt disrupted charging. I did change out the smallest ear bud caps with smaller ones so they dont fall out while using. The buds come with a set of three to choose from but even the smallest was not small enough. I just went a bought a cheap pair of wired buds to get replacement caps which work fine. I carry them in a contact lens container when not in use so I dont mar the wire up. When Im at home trying to get laundry folded or clean the kitchen, I can listen to audio books, pod cast or music without having to annoy everyone else in the house. They also do a great job of blocking out sounds around the house (like if your kids are watching t.v., for example) so you can hear your music or audio book. For me, the best thing about these headphones is when I get a phone call from friends and family who love to talk on the phone. I put these blue-tooth ear buds on, freeing up both hands, and can accomplish chores (even back yard gardening) while having a conversation! I cant recall how long Ive had them, been over a year so for the price, Im not complaining. The only thing that kind of annoyed me is the one side is heavier due to the control pod so it always slides and pulls to the side. They give you a collar clip that should stop that but it doesnt grip the cord well enough to work. I ended up wrapping some tape around the cord until the clip fit nice and snug and never had an issue after that. Replaced it with the Ringke Wave, same slim profile but much higher quality construction. One major flaw that caused me to return the Spigen Neo Hybrid, the thin hard plastic parts where the button cut outs are on either side bows out and ends up getting caught on things. I am sure these gaps will fill in with debris and make things worse over time. This was the first day of use. No amount of reattaching and pressing it in place helps. I bought a pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones almost two years ago for my now twelve year old daughter, and I was so impressed with them that I decided to buy this pair after checking out all of the positive reviews. Well, the majority of reviews were spot-on. These things put out very good sound and I was most happy to hear that the bass was not overpowering. (That was my biggest fear before purchase). The battery life on these headphones is excellent, as well as the charging time. The fit is superb. Although they may be marketed as "on ear", they are nearly "over the ear" phones, and, very comfortable I might add. The cans arent too big and they arent too small....they are just right. (Funny, where have I heard that before?) They have virtually no sound leakage either (yes, sounds weird, but really, the person on the side of you wont hear all of your jam), which is especially good for those long airplane flights or bus rides. And last but not least, the price is right. At under one hundred dollars they simply cant be Beat(s). (No pun intended) Do yourself a favor,....stop racking your brain reading all these reviews, and buy these very good sounding, stylish, easy to use, easy to connect-to-Bluetooth, Bluetooth headphones. I think these are the best bluetooth headphones for 100 bucks. Sony did a great job on these. Pros: 30 hours battery Nice design NFC pairing (just hold your phone to the NFC sign and it will automatically connect to them every time, even if the headphones are off) Great bluetooth range (can walk around my apartment and the connection does not suffer anywhere) They sound really good. Better than my beats headphones. No cons for me. Now if you compare them to the XB950s there are some differences. I believe they both have their pros and cons. The XB650s have these things over the XB950s: Better design. These are much smaller and they dont look like huge earmuffs like the 950s. 30 hours battery life compared to the 20 hours on the XB950s. Lighter in weight compared to the XB950s. These actually tell you the battery level compared to the XB950s which you have to look at confusing light pulses. Better balanced sound and still has a lot of bass. The XB950s have these things over the XB650s: It has an AUX port if you decide not to use bluetooth. The XB650s do not have an AUX port. It has an "extra bass" button and the XB650s do not. Sound is a tiny bit louder than the XB650s. Overall I think the XB650s are better. The aux port that the 950s have is not a big deal to me because my laptop and phone have bluetooth. Also, the aux port on the 950s only work with that specific aux cable that it comes with. The headphones design makes it so that other aux cables will not be able to fit in the slot. The Extra bass boost button on the 950s are also not a big deal to me. The 950s without the bass boost already sound really bass heavy and the button is just overkill. And I like bass. I mostly listen to hiphop too so its not like I am a person listening to classical music. I do like that the 950s are a little bit louder. But its not a real big difference and definitely not enough of a difference for me to choose the 950s over the 650s. I would say that the 650s are bass heavy headphones and the 950s are a little bit too much even without the bass boost on. Overall, the smaller look, the longer battery life, the more balanced sound are all reasons why I chose the 650s over the 950s. And the 650s are 98 bucks right now on amazon. Definitely worth the money. Ive had the 950s for since around Christmas so about 5 months and they have been my main headphones until now that I got the 650s. I just really did not like how the 950s look like huge earmuffs on your head. They also felt heavy while wearing them. The 650s took care of these issues and are now my go to headphones. My wife has a pair of the 950s that I really liked (bass is ridiculous but better to have too much and EQ it out). Unfortunately the 950s cost $200 and I just didnt feel like going there for my sometimes-y listening. I saw these for $130 and while still above what I wanted to spend, they had a pair at the store in a listening kiosk and I was blown away. They actually sounded better balanced than the 950s (which were also in the kiosk) yet still churned out tons of bass. Here are my explained thoughts: Build Quality (B): "Very" lightweight with a metal band connecting the cans via a sandwich of generic plastic that have decent adjustability. The cups can swivel 180 deg so you can lay them around your neck in a little more comfort or store them flat. They dont feel expensive but dont look cheap. I got black cause Im not flashy but saw the blue and red and they certainly show off some of the design elements better. Fit, Comfort, Operation (A): I usually prefer over-the-ear headphones but these on-the-ear phones do an amazing job of creating a seal that keeps bleed in or out very low. They are very lightweight so fatigue should not be an issue and theres no pressure points on the ears or on the top of the head. The controls are all on the right cup and work smoothly and provide great feedback. Uses standard micro USB for charging. This set does not have a wired option like the 950. I have not run the battery down as I charge it every other night I use it and I probably never will if it gets even close to the 30 hours of battery advertised. Sound (A): The most important part. There is a strong V profile to all these "ExtraBass" headsets and some people may be bothered by this colored sound but it does a good job of presenting you good amounts of everything from low to high. The bass is strong but not silly like the 950s are capable of. I did EQ everything from 125Hz down by -3db to get to my taste. Highs and mids are crisp and clean and overall reproduction should sound great most ears. Time will tell how well they hold up but the sound is amazing, comfort is high and the price (at least for me) was very reasonable. I did not purchase from Amazon (had store credit for a return). The game looks fantastic, controls are spot on, and there is variety in vehicle selection to keep things lively. Having been a huge fan of Dirt 2, I was pretty excited to get my hands on a copy of Dirt 3. Their claim that they are returning to their rally roots only heightened this excitement. I was confused by the game cover, but I also realize they need to turn a profit and get as many people to buy their game as possible, so in my mind they were just trying to reach out to people who do not find WRC style-racing their cup of tea. In my mind, a rally oriented game should have you spending most of your time pretty much raising against the clock and occasionally seeing other racers on the track. I didnt care much for the X-games feel of Dirt2, but Dirt 3 doesnt feel all that different to me. A lot of time and effort was put into the Gymkhana events and X-Game events are still there. There are six main race modes: rally- point to point racing where you have a co-driver helping you navigate to the finish line. trailblazer- point to point racing where no co-driver assists you and faster vehicles are available. head2head- You are on a track and you race another driver (with no contact possible). Landrush- You race around a track in either trucks or buggies (full contact). RallyCross- You race around a track in cars (full contact). Gymkhana- You perform "tricks" to gain points to beat the competition. To me, only the first two count as rally but a fair amount of time is given to each racing mode. Head2head, Landrush, and rallycross offer a nice variety to the mix and keep things fresh. And Gymkhana....well Im not sure how that fits in there. Many people are thrilled to have it, but I saw it as a nuisance. You perform the same tricks over and over and over again. Basically you need to master drifting and driving around in a circle without falling asleep (think NASCAR, but a MUCH tighter circle). But my biggest gripe about the game have to do with DLC. At the time of this review the game has been out for less than a month and content was just released that you need to pay for. This is no secret, one glance at the trophy list reveals that at this point there will be additional content to come. This does not bother me. What DOES bother me as that when you play the game you are constantly reminded that you do not have access to all the vehicles. I will need to go the PSN store to download what ends up being five cars for six dollars. This has left me with the impression that I do not have a complete game. I bought the game at full price, but I did not get the full product. I understand having additional content, as well as the VIP Pass, but do I need to be reminded of it every single time I want to race? This has left me with a sour taste in my mouth for this game. I am sure many people have no problems with this, but consider what your garage will look like when all DLC content is out (and especially if you ended up buying the game used and do not want to buy the VIP Pass). As of now I have no plans of buying the DLC. I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but I have seen only positive reviews, and the 1-star reviews for this game on Amazon are pretty much non-reviews. I just feel like a few things should be highlighted to give a broader picture of what the game has in store for those who buy it. For many, these issues will not apply. Dirt 3 (despite all of this complaining) is still a great game, and in terms of off-road racing I have not played anything that compares to it with the exception of Dirt 2. Now it has offline two player races and can have a single race without entering career mode!!!!!!!, the Gymkhana parks are very fun to play, you can spend lots of hours just trying to do the stunts asked in just one park, and I think there are like 3. If you like cars and racing, this IS THE GAME!. When GT5 came out I was going to buy it, but it was a big deception, you cant even get out of track cause youll hit an invisible shield (what a shame) and dirt look very bad, it disappears when you go through it. On the other hand in this game I have found no flaws. You can even upload your replays to youtube, which may take some time but it worth it. You get Rally, Rally Cross, Land Rush, Trail Blazing, Gymkhana, Baja. On asphalt, dirt and snow. Pros: Great Graphics, single race, offline multiplayer (2), physics, dirt looks, snow tracks, flash backs, you can choose between old or new cars even 60s (60s,70s,80s,90s) on some kind of races. Cons: Not so real when landing a jump(this may not seem as a con for everybody), some times the game crashes when using flash backs continuously (just like 2 times) and some times you really need to use the flashback. Dirt3 is a very fundamentally sound racer/rally game. You begin the career mode with some simple rallies and rally-cross events. As you progress the events progress in some degree of difficulty. Beginning rally stages are short with few tricky turns and gradually the difficulty of the rally stages gets harder. Some of the later hill climb events can be challenging with the extremely quick dedicated hill climb vehicles. The rally-cross events are a lot of fun as you go fender to fender with other rally-Xers. The buggy rally-cross events were especially challenging for me. Each of the vehicle and especially vehicle classes are distinct with different types of vehicles handling differently. Later Gymkhana events are introduced as is drifting. The Gymkhana events are a great change of pace from the other more traditional "rally" fare and are fun. Doing doughnuts around pylons and taking out targets in a 4 wheel drift is very satisfying and challenging. The Gymkhana events are not easy. Overall, this is a great racing/rally game and I would highly recommend it. With the help of Google and YouTube I was able to build my Pi exactly the way I wanted and am very happy with the results. I run Retropie Raspbian and Kodi on a triple boot build and cant be more pleased. I was in the market to buy the mini classic Nintendo to relive some old fun, but wasnt willing to pay the exorbitant price for minimal use. I wanted to be able to play all the old games and any time I wanted. In addition to this I wanted to get into this Kodi craze and take full advantage of the internet. After some painstaking research I found the solution to all my desires would be a Raspberry Pi. As I said early, I decided to build it myself and it came with its challenges, but I did succeed in the end. The onboard Wifi works very well and the processing speed meets all my needs without overheating. I did buy a case with heatsinks, so this may have helped. One thing I would recommend is not buying the preloaded NOOBS micro SD card. It is a waste of money since you can just download NOOBS to your own card. This is still by far the best micro computer you can buy. all the common outputs, wifi. plenty of i/o, ample horsepower and expandable storage. When im putting together projects this is usually my go to. This little board can multitask and host a full os. So a I can build out a full web interface and serve it right off this device. There are so many resources online for this from beginner to advanced, or you could just load raspbian, plug in a wireless mouse and keyboard and slap it behind your tv as a mini computer. I often find myself using this in conjunction with an arduino or multiple arduinos for that matter. I have the rpi overclocked following some easy instructions I found online, and everything runs well with acceptable temperatures. I have a rpi 2 also. I love these little computers. I saw how easily it worked for him, and how accurately he could write or draw with it, and was excited to get one for myself. When the mini arrived, however, I was a little disappointed with its performance. It was not as responsive as it seemed with my friend. I had to jab into my iPad pretty hard to make it work. I was also VERY disappointed that the Jot Mini wasnt made of a metal that clings to the magnets in my cover. One day, during a chorus rehearsal, my friend saw me struggling and asked if he could try my mini, as he had the Jot Pro. He struggled to make it work, too, and let me borrow his pro for the evening. I was AMAZED at the difference. The Pro is much more responsive than the mini. The plastic tip is designed to conduct better than the minis tip, and the tips are not interchangeable due to the size difference. The Pro even has magnets in it, so it clings to my iPad cover better than a simple piece of metal. Spend the extra $10. Get the pro. This stylus doesnt scratch gorilla glass, but it will scratch screen protectors. This WILL break (quit working). Adonits warranty... isnt. You will have to fix it yourself or return it to Amazon. Go ahead and buy a replacement disc (they sell them on here) and a tube of Arctic Silver thermal conductive grease now to save yourself some aggravation and shipping. When the jot stops working in a week or a month, put a TINY bit of grease in the disc socket, and it will work again for a while. When a combination of cleaning and regressing wont work anymore, use a replacement disc and start the process over again. So why buy a Jot when it is an unreliable, frustrating thing? The original jot, the jot pro, the jot pro second generation, the jot touch, and the jot script…and now the jot mini. Except for the script, that just doesnt work consistently, the others all work very well as a precision stylus. There are still two things that absolutely aggravate me about Adonits products. First: Adonit needs to learn how to make screw-caps that stay put. Their screw caps—not one of them—locks down and stays put. They all get loose, come off, end up in a pocket, in the washing machine, on the floor, or just lost. This is serious because if you lose the cap, youll snag the tip-disc and flick it off and soon you have nothing. On the generally not-working Script, the lose cap causes the battery contact to be intermittent and if you lose it, your stylus is just dead. It has no useful unpowered mode. Second: Adonit needs to figure out pocket clips! Very few of their products come with any means of securing the stylus in your pocket. In the case of the Script, that means you can easily lose an $80 stylus which maybe isnt so bad since, in my experience, the Script didnt end up working anyway;-) Seriously, Adonit makes a cap with a pocket clip, and though the threads fit most of their regular sized styli, the barrels on those are wider than the cap which makes them tricky to screw on. And the Jot Mini… seriously… the clip has a very cool looking design, but the opening is too big to stay secure in most shirts, so it flops around, comes loose, ends up in the bottom of the pocket or lost. Adonit has done one thing very well (except for the Script): theyve made styli that are great to write, highlight and draw with, though the disc tip mechanism is potentially fragile, Sadly, that very finely executed feature is not very well protected since the caps dont stay on tight and the pocket clips are non-existent or too cool to work well. First, I need to mention I think the price for the pro is way too high. Ive always thought the precision of the Adonit stylus would be ideal for me. I like having a stylus to utilize as part of my workflow, but refused to pay what Adonit charges for the Jot Pro. Im glad they came out with the mini, which is basically a Jot Pro for all intents and purposes, but with a shorter body and a reasonable price. This makes me wonder how they come up with their prices, is a longer body worth twice the cost? Anyhow, this stylus was a nightmare. That little disc falls off with the slightest provocation. Then you have to find it. Good luck with that! It was literally like looking for a needle in a haystack. Just imagine trying to find a quarter inch piece of glass at night, in carpet, or in the cushions of a couch. It can be done, but with each painstaking sweep of your furniture, work space, clothes, books etc. your patience will be tested. Luckily, for the price of a whole new stylus you can buy yourself a pack of three of these wonderful discs. What they should have done was added threads to the disc and tip of the stylus so that the disc could be screwed onto the stylus more securely and not pop off because you breathed hard. Literally, I would have to hunt for the little glass needle in a haystack three or four times a day. Finally, before even a week of use,while I was in the middle of studying, the stylus quit. One second it was writing fine, the next it was not writing at all. I was not sad. I was relieved, because I could return it as defective and rid myself of the nuisance, which is what I did. I have already installed about 15 or so of these brackets, and have decided I like them better than the Sabrent dual SSD brackets. I have installed over 50 of the Sabrent brackets before I discovered these. These are easier to use for the most part. Also, these put the connectors in about the same location as a regular hard drive, so it fits more brackets (such as those blue plastic ones Dell uses). The ONLY thing that drives me nuts about these brackets is how they package the screws. It comes with 3 sets of 4 screws, each in their own little bag, which is TIGHTLY rolled up and then TAPED shut. It is really challenging to get the screws out without cutting yourself. I have written to Corsair to try to get them to change this, since I will probably be installing hundreds of these things. These brackets are good, but some of the edges are kinda sharp. Of course, if you work on computers a lot you realize there are a lot of sharp things inside a computer case. But for you novices out there, just be careful when you handle these. Bottom line: I prefer these over the Sabrents because of where they position the SSD connectors, and because it is easier to install a SSD in them. But then I realized Im the idiot and this bracket should not pay for my sins. If its helpful for any of you: I installed this in combination with a Samsung 850 EVO in a 21.5" 2011 iMac. As mentioned, it took me forever to figure it out before I finally realized it needed to be installed UPSIDE DOWN in order for everything to fit properly. They feature an all aluminum construction, making the adapter practically featherlight. I bought three of these recently to install in a MicroATX PC case I also recently purchased (Raijintek Styx). My case usually supports either one of two configurations: 1) 3x 3.5” HDDs + 2x 2.5” HDDs 2) 1x 3.5” HDDs + 4x 2.5” HDDs With three of these adapters, I can install EIGHT 2.5” HDDs... LOL! If you are not a case modder (and/or if you are afraid of breaking your stuff) just take my word for it— read no further. This is the adapter you want. If you ARE a case modder (and/or if you are not afraid of potentially breaking your stuff), then I have a pro tip for you: if you break the 2.5” HDD guide tabs off with a pair of pliers, it’s possible to install a 15mm tall 2.5” HDD (example: any 4TB 2.5” HDD currently on the market) IN ADDITION TO a standard height 2.5” HDD. If you succeed in breaking the tabs off cleanly, you will want to mount your 15mm tall drive in the bottom slot. While you’re aligning the drive with the screw holes, screw the screws in loosely, then gently push down on the drive and tighten the screws. Then, grab your standard height drive and align it with the screw holes on the top slot. Do the same as last time, except THIS time you will want to pull UP on the drive as you tighten the screws. If you did everything right, you will have a decent amount of space between the two drives and they should NOT be making any contact with each other. It may be possible to put TWO 15mm tall 2.5” drives in one adapter, but it may be too tall for in your 3.5” bay. However I have not tested this (...yet). Por Anon em 2 de novembro de 2016 - Publicada na Amazon.com Compra verificada Im an experienced computer builder and needed to mount an SSD in an older Thermaltake Armor MX Case. Pros: Very sturdy. Nicely finished. No sharp edges. Cool Corsair logo. Potential Cons: I really only have two: 1) The screws provided have a shallow cut Phillips screw head. None of the precision screwdrivers I own would unscrew these screws well. I had to use a pair of pliers to unscrew the screws from the drive after a screw fitting test. Very odd--never had this happen before--I have a comprehensive set of screwdrivers and none fit well. I ended up replacing them with standard SSD mounting screws, which had no problems. Tip: Its helpful to have a pair of long tweezers or a Kelly clamp handy if you want to mount an SSD in the lower slot to hold the screw steady when attaching the drive. 2) The mount does not fit exactly in the Thermaltake Armor MX screwless drive enclosures (which you need in order to fit the drives in the drive cage). I had to get a pair of tin snips to cut off about 2 to 3 mm off of the front corner of the mounting bracket to get the screw holes to line up. Im not blaming either Corsair nor Thermaltake for this--just noting it in case someone else wishes to use this mount with that particular case. In summary, great mounting bracket that will suit the vast majority of folks. Im only taking a half a star off for the odd screws. (It is possible that I got a bad set.) In any event, easily rectified and I would purchase this mount again.
