Its not the typical "wet suit" material if you were wondering or that makes any sense. The texture is pretty course and stitched for control as well as anti fray. The "small" size is actually a normal size mouse pad as these run huge. Fits perfect for a smaller desk/corner desk if you do not have much room. The colors are not quite as vibrant as the image listed, but looks great with my green LED Keyboard. Regards, Every Serious FPS Player Thankfully due to the size, its fairly easy to avoid, and it has a lot of positives. The rubberized hexagonal patterned base grips the desk well, so it didnt slide around. The surface is somewhere in between a Goliathus Speed and Control, but feels smooth like a Speed, which is something Ive really wanted to try lately (and so far its great). The size is awesome, if you have the desk space. Smooth, soft stitched edges, no irritation on my skin. And most optical sensors track as well as they can on it (laser sensors, not so much). You can get a plain black version from Razer, but otherwise the logo is green - which is a negative in my opinion. "Hi, were going to Chroma everything, now let us dictate the color scheme by putting green on the pad". Not a big deal, but... thats two rookie mistakes. The mouse pad I had before this one had a plastic top and when I upgraded to a gaming mouse I realized that mouse control was more of an exact science than I had originally thought. The fabric top offered more precise control of the mouse, and sometimes centimeters count in gaming. As mouse pads go, I would say that the primary factor to consider is a fabric top vice a plastic top. I bought the Razer mouse pad for the brand status, but I would say that any fabric mouse pad will do. Perhaps the only other factor to consider would be size. I havent seen the need for a larger mousepad, but if that is important to others, there are larger versions available. Prior to that I was an MX510/MX518 user. So this is my first time delving into Zowie products. I did so under the recommendations from MANY people Ive gamed with competitively. Teammates, etc. Ill go into my thoughts now and give a rundown at the end. Coming from a deathadder that I always felt was just a little too big, the EC2-A fits my hand perfectly. I have a 17.5cm hand from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger, so pretty small. With that said, theres a few mm clearance from the tip of my index and middle finger to the edge of the mouse buttons. I use a palm/claw hybrid grip. The coating on this mouse is excellent. It feels almost like satin in your hand. Very smooth with just a hint of texture. Its VERY grippy once your hands get a little damp from sweat but can feel slippery if you have very dry hands. For me this isnt really an issue since within about 5 minutes of gaming my hand starts to perspire a bit. The mouse is weighted perfectly at around 80-85g.. not too light, and not too heavy. The shape is very comfortable in the hand. The EC shape is the PERFECT shape for accommodating ANY style of grip whether it be palm, claw, fingertip or a hybrid. Next: The sensor. From all the testing Ive done, the 3310 implentation is flawless in the EC2-A. The Pixart 3310 sensor is well regarded in the peripheral community as being an excellent sensor, only being edged out by Logitechs exclusive Pixart 3366 in both the G502 and G303. However, the 3310 is more than capable of giving you rock solid results. There is zero NOTICEABLE acceleration in this mouse. The reason I say noticeable is that there is acceleration in every sensor except the 3366, but its only able to be produced under a perfect/specific scenario. Regardless, its not enough to feel it. Its a small enough effect to still consider this mouse PERFECT in terms of tracking accuracy. The 3310 has a PCS(basically the max speed in which it will track) of OVER 5 m/s.. and in any normal gaming situation(no matter how intense), no normal human will reach those speeds during fast swipes. This mouse has some of the lowest lift off distance Ive ever experienced, and the good thing about the 3310 is that it allows you to change LOD settings without having to use a special lens for the sensor(which zowie used to do). Low LOD is a must for any competitive gamer, especially those that play with low sensitivity on games like CS:GO. The LOD out of the box is less 2mm. A little more than 1 cd width. I find this to be the perfect setting but you can set the mouse based on the type of mouse mad you use, whether soft or hard. There is zero cursor smoothing with this mouses 3310...and it feels very raw in desktop and in game. Its the first mouse Ive used that truly feels like Im getting 1:1 hand to cursor movement. Theres a reason Zowie chose this sensor. Construction: The mouse feels very durable. Its light, but it feels very well made. There is zero rattle. Zero noises when I squeeze the shell. The shell does not flex or give when you exert excess pressure on it. Switches: Here is one area I thought about taking a star away for. The side buttons. Which I will get to. The main buttons use Huano blue switches. Now, before you get on the Omron bandwagon, the Huanos function just as well, and will last just as long. The ONLY difference is the huanos are a bit stiffer as far as actuation goes. Huanos provide even more tactile feedback, and a louder click when pressed over omrons...but the main difference is the actuation force required. I have small hands and they do not fatigue me at all, no matter how much I spam. I in fact love these switches. You will NEVER get a mis-click with this mouse, and these main button switches. They are a good middle-ground switch. Now, the side buttons on this mouse can definitely be improved on by zowie. The reason I didnt take a star away is because they function perfectly and are shaped nicely, and put in a perfect location relative to where your thumb is placed such that you can easily roll your thumb upwards to depress them without changing your grip on the mouse. The problem is they are mushy and have some pre-travel to them before they actuation and coming from a mouse like the Deathadder which I feel has the best side buttons on the market..it took some getting used to. Zowie needs to change up how they implement them to make them not have this amount of pre-travel. However, with that said... the pre-travel on these switches make it almost impossible to mis-click them since youd know you were about to press the switch before it ever actuates. I have never misclicked a side button on this mouse. I did it ALL THE TIME with the the deathadder. Both the 4G and 3G versions. This is my only complaint with the mouse. Other information: The DPI steps on this mouse are 400/800/1600/3200 and for hardcore gaming, this is all that is needed. If you come from a mouse that allows you to change your dpi to more selections, it shouldnt take long to get used to unless you used a uselessly high DPI like 5000 or above, which no one needs even if you play on triple screens, or 4k monitors. You simply do not need that high of a DPI, and truth be told every sensor on the market performs BETTER at lower dpi settings because it wont have to rely on interpolation. Zowie is one of the only manufacturers on the market not involving itself in the "DPI RACE" that every other company out there hypes & markets on their mice. They give pro players what they ask for, and that is a simple plug & play mouse that doesnt rely on drivers, or shove software down your throat in order to use the mouse. You can change your polling rate and lift off distance, basic quality of life changes. Other than that, the mice is set up optimally for EVERYONE right out of the box, the only exception being your lift off distance settings, which for hard pad users you will have to change when plugging the mouse in by depressing and holding the specified button for the particular setting you want. This mouse just works. And it performs well beyond expectation. In summary: If youre a hardcore gamer, especially an FPS gamer looking for a no-nonsense mouse, if your main concern is EXCELLENT tracking, and having zero acceleration, prediction or angle snapping.. this is the mouse for you. If you want a LAN READY mouse that is plug & play with the essential dpi steps.. this is the mouse for you. Zowie hit it out of the park with this mouse. If youre a CS player, well.. HeatoN designed the EC shape, and zowie took that shape and put one of the best sensors available in it... and fixed the main issues such as the button click latency, and scroll wheel. I strongly believe this is one of the best competitive gaming mice on the market today. I use a claw/fingertip grip and found I could never quite get comfortable with it. If the width of the back part came in a little bit, especially on the right side, I would have kept it. Thats just personal preference though and no fault in the mouse itself. I removed one star because the side buttons are extremely bad. They press in way too far before they actuate and they feel very flimsy like they could break at any time. Also the one I bought had a defect with the sensor where it would sometimes continue to drift in the last direction I moved it even though I stopped moving the mouse. Channel separation and stereo imaging are actually pretty good for a $10 earbud, but theyre still $10 earbuds so neither I, nor anyone else should be expecting miracles from the sound quality. The KZ ATR block outside noise much better than the Gumy Plus as well. Where these earbuds fall short are the design choices. Included with the earbuds were 3 pairs of ear tips, and no matter which size pair I have tried, the material does not grip the ear very well and so the earbuds are easy to nudge out of place. Further compounding this is the fact the cabling is coated in an attractive, but very grippy rubber. While wearing these at work, the grippy cable often catches on articles of clothing when moving or reaching across my desk, and nudge the earbuds out of place. These are advertised as sport headphones, but I cant imagine jogging, cycling, or working out with these without having to constantly fiddle with putting them back in place. All said, they sound fine for the price paid, but the design leaves a lot to be improved on. Never the less, this is one incredible wall to behold. If you look at it from all directions, you will discover the intricate design, the meticulous attention to detail, the stunning, visually pleasing effects that went into it. Let me tell you, it is the prettiest wall I have ever seen, which is good, considering the significant amount of time you will spend staring at it while playing this game. However, the wall isnt the only pretty part of this unique Batman adventure. Batmans fist is as stunning as ever. Stunning is definitely the right word, considering the stun affect that happens to Batmans villains after he punches them. Press the punch button while standing near a thug and you can watch them go into a comatose state while standing up. After about 10 seconds, they finally fall down. Oh, yes, and we cant forget about the bat grapple. This is one of Batmans coolest gadgets and it is quite useful in this game. All you have to do is equip the grapple, press a button and Batman will swing over the ledge and fall...down, down, down into only God knows where. The sound effects are unforgettable as well. I can still hear the pppmmmffff of the punch, the clunk of the cape, and the farting noise that Batman makes when he leaps off the ledge and falls down, down(oh wait a minute. We already did that one didnt we?). They should have added a voice that says, "Gotcha" when you turn on the game, because anyone that purchased this game is in for one bad April fools joke. Por Jack em 29 de novembro de 2011 - Publicada na Amazon.com Compra verificada Ill start this review off by saying that I have only played one other game in the Super Monkey Ball series (Game Boy Advance version), so I do not have extensive knowledge of the series. This game comes in traditional packaging for the 3DS, and has a small pamphlet showing how things work and introducing characters of the Super Monkey Ball series. As for the game in the 3DS, the splash screen is not the traditional 3D revolving logo, but a image that jumps up and down. The game is very easy to get, but relatively hard to master. The characters have no distinct differences in gameplay, so any one you choose will work the same as the others. You go through simple levels while getting bananas to reach a goal. The games level designs are very simple, ranging from basic lines to intricate designs that make you think. The game doesnt ever get very difficult, though, so there was a lack of intricacy somewhere in the designs. Theres bumpers around the edges of the levels, so youre not going to die easily (if at all). This is probably the most annoying thing about the game- you almost never die, so theres no point in collecting the bananas in the stage (30 get you a life). Compared to my experience with the Game Boy Advance version, this game seems like it was designed for the 10-and-under crowd. The motion sensor is very boring, actually, and is nowhere near as precise as the joystick imput. I got this game on sale for $10 here on Amazon, so Im not going to complain too much. Hargrave em 31 de dezembro de 2015 - Publicada na Amazon.com Compra verificada This case is great, in that it keeps a slim profile, doesnt add too much weight, and provides magnets on both the front and back sides of the cover so your latch wont have to dangle in the air when its not in use. The cradle for the ipad mini 4 fits nicely and has an opening on the back to prevent overheating. The cradle rotates to a vertical standing position, which is nice. Also, when youre leaning the pad back without using the little leather stop tab it sits at a nice angle for viewing and whatnot. My only gripes are: 1. The little leather tab that you use to keep your iPad from sliding forward when youve got it standing up is not all that easy to use and sort of requires you to pick at it with your fingernail and hold it up while you slide your ipad under it, which makes it easy to accidentally touch the screen and change a setting or otherwise mess something up. 2. The little gold-plated magnet at the end of the latch appears to be very easy to scratch, or the paint is just coming off naturally. Not a huge deal, really, but it is a minor annoyance. PROs: Decent price for a decent case. I like the design and the functionality CONs: The leather stop tab sort of sucks. A rippled speed-bump sort of surface would have been more appropriate. The paint on the magnet latch is kind of bubbly. Not incredibly noticeable, though. I personally use the backpack for school. I am able to put a macbook air 13.3 inch in a sleeve, a half full one and one half inch three ring binder, a book about one and a half inches thick, and two one subject notebooks with no problem at all. The materials of the backpack arent that high of a quality but it has held up so far with everyday use. The front vertical slit-like pocket is much larger than expected. Yes, it is skinny, but I was able to fit 2 softcover reading books in there! The next front pocket has many spots for pens and such. This is where I kept my crossbody purse while boarding the plane, and I was also able to fit my quart sized baggie of liquids in here for easy access. In the main compartment, there is a slot for your laptop, a little spot in front of that which could be used for cords, and yet another mesh divider spot. I was able to fit 3 days of clothes, a bathing suit and cover-up, pair of sandals, jewelry, curling iron, and straightener in here. While it may look full in the picture, it was still squishable. This backpack is MUCH smaller, even when fully packed than the maximum size requirement for Spirit Airlines, here in the United States. I measured it before and after packing it, and even if I were to pack it 100% full, Id still be under their limit. It gets close in the longest measurement, the height, but really works great. I used this product for only 1 trip so far, but will be sure to use it as my free "purse" again soon! MY ONLY COMPLAINT, and this is a personal preference, is that its pretty stiff. Inside the bag there is plenty of protection for the laptop, there is plenty of storage compartments, and its not too bulky. I was able to fit a laptop, chargers, iPad, and a few other small accessories without any problem. If you go to a big box store you will pay twice for this same bag or get a cheaper one that lacks the quality. I would recommend this item to someone looking for a durable bag for a low price. The cradle for the ipad mini 4 fits nicely and has an opening on the back to prevent overheating. The cradle rotates to a vertical standing position, which is nice. Also, when youre leaning the pad back without using the little leather stop tab it sits at a nice angle for viewing and whatnot. My only gripes are: 1. The little leather tab that you use to keep your iPad from sliding forward when youve got it standing up is not all that easy to use and sort of requires you to pick at it with your fingernail and hold it up while you slide your ipad under it, which makes it easy to accidentally touch the screen and change a setting or otherwise mess something up. 2. The little gold-plated magnet at the end of the latch appears to be very easy to scratch, or the paint is just coming off naturally. Not a huge deal, really, but it is a minor annoyance. PROs: Decent price for a decent case. I like the design and the functionality CONs: The leather stop tab sort of sucks. A rippled speed-bump sort of surface would have been more appropriate. The material feels really nice and I am so happy that I can view my ipad either direction with this. The only negative is that in the horizontal mode, the magnet clip can tend to hang down over the screen at the top. But I think I can work with it to keep it from doing that. The ZA13 is smaller so I can cup it better. This gives me more control over smaller mouse movements. The buttons are stiffer which help me with one tapping. The slight wings on the side and raised back make it more comfortable to hold and use. New Zowie logo and white scroll wheel look look better. Same great sensor as the FK1, excellent performance. Highly recommend this mouse for people who like small mice. Best mouse Ive used this far. I wish Amazon would add a way to indicate if a product exceeds expectation. This is a great camera for the price. I paid 69.00 Jan 5 of 2018. Ive been using the SJCAM SJ4000 for over 6 years as a dash cam. Works great. Inexpensive. I wont drive without a dashcam of some sort and these have been working perfectly. I use the clamp mount to my rear view mirror base so it wont fall. I dont trust the suction cups which have always eventually fallen for me. I use a 64gb card and get over 6 hours of record time, allows me to download files less frequently. I also use it on casual bicycle trips, although its a pretty shaky picture. I put one in my moms car because she was accused of rear-ending someone who had actually hit the car in front of them and tried to make it look like my mom caused it. Fortunately, she had no damage to the front of her car so it was clear she didnt cause the accident. BE CAREFUL BUYING these as there have been many fake/counterfeits. Ive tried some of them and they may be worth the lower price but they perform poorly. Buy from SJCAM directly and Im sure youll be safe. I have an Apple/Mac computer and use FCPX to edit videos. These files work/process well. The files are.MOV. Thats important for me because AVI files dont seem to work directly with my computer/software. Of course, they can be converted but that adds to the time to process. Ive owned GoPro in the past and they, of course, are a better camera but for what Im using it for I dont need the extra quality/cost. An important feature for me is the Timestamp. I think GoPro still does not have this as a built-in feature but I may be wrong. Also important to me is the wide angle lens. This is the widest of the less expensive action cameras. They boast 170 degrees, not sure if thats correct because if it was 180 degree Id be able to see things that are at 90 degrees of the camera and I cant. As it is I can almost see the windshield pillars so Im sure its close to 170 and if nothing else I can say its getting everything in front of me and at a 45-degree angle from that. The FOV (field of view) can be changed if you dont like the distortion. I wish it where designed so you could get to the card without having to unplug the power cord (I have it running on a 12v lighter outlet). I use it on 12v so it starts automatically when I start my car, I never really have to think about it, just look up once in awhile to make sure the power cord hasnt backed out from the lighter socket. Theres not much Id change about it, maybe some date options, Id like it to show the day of the week. The USB port has been the only weak spot. Ive had 2 fail on me because I regularly plug/unplug power to get to the SD card. Ive always bought a SquareTrade warranty and they have covered the repair. I suppose I should mention the battery cover also, sort of hard to remove because of the small size of the button holding it in but Ive been able to make it work. I have big fingers. I think it could be easily redesigned to be more user-friendly. I notice they have stopped supplying the open air case that has a tripod mount screw in it. I came from the Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry red MX switches. Let me start with the build and quality, it is amazing. Solid feel and the lighting behind the white key caps are very bright and eye catching. It definitely looks like a premium keyboard. With all of that being said I dislike it for the one thing it’s meant for typing. I’ve never had so many typos and windows key press errors. While playing PUBG, Fornite and Counter Strike I hit the windows key more times I could count. If you’re a gamer you know that causes you to jump out of the game. I do feel like the keys are higher than what I am use to. The switches have a longer travel time to actuate. In my honest opinion going from the Corsair to Cherry Reds to this was a huge mistake for me. The trade off is the beauty over functionality. I’m choosing to go back and go with the Corsair K95 Plantium. It’s a true and trusted for me. This was purely from my experience and that is the only reason I deducted one star. I also would like to mention I have smaller hands and could be the cause of it. All of my Corsair keyboards came with wrist rest and this keyboard did not come with one. The first is that the default, and unchangeable, lighting mode is "breathing", which cycles the lighting on and off at an interval. This is fine if you have the Razer software installed as you can change it, but if you do not, there is no way to change it to a constant backlight. That was the minor annoyance. The main problem is longevity, which in my case was just over one year. The E key on my board does not respond half the time, and as the warranty is only a year, there is no way to fix it, so Im left with a $99 hunk of metal. Save your money and look for another keyboard which uses Cherry MX switches. This my first Razer keyboard (first Razer anything really) and I fell in love with the feel and response time, the slickness & the clickyness of this keyboard. the lighting is actually pretty bright even though the lighting falls on a dark background. the only thing that would have made this keyboard ultimate is if they put a couple of USB ports on it, made the cord detachable and maybe made it spill proof and the underside metal and not plastic. My only nitpick about this keyboard really is that they didnt make all the symbols on the keyboard able to be illuminated (ex. ~!@#$%^ etc.) Overall this is a pretty solid keyboard and every bit worth the money. Updating my review because after heavy gaming for only two years, the qwer keys start to quit and the spacebar has sunk in so far on one side that it will only respond on the other side. Have to keep resetting the space key. My logitech keyboard, however has lasted for 5 years under heavy gaming pressure and still works completely. Switching back. Just like my matching Razer mouse that quit after short use. Love the concept and light up but too much sparkly and not enough worky worky.
